Bought in Ecru colour when was at full price (>AUD$120). It is a nice design and size for organising but it looks nicer in the images that in real life which led to some expectation gaps in respenct of quality and finish. Buclé outer attached by seams on only 3 sides (left, right & bottom) so gaps exist along the top (like the buclé is a unintended pocket on each side). I did not rxpect this not to be attached. Vegan leather on the straps and for some of the dividers arrived with deep creases where it looks like its been bent from being squished in storage for a long time, not quite sure if this can be ironed out somehow but makes it look cheap/not new. Dividers are inserts that attach with Velcro. I think vegan leather just means plastic material of some variety? There are some reasonable quality handbags at this price point so am not sure why the quality wouldn't be higher here.

I’m sorry to hear the product didn’t meet your expectations, particularly in relation to the finish and materials. We put a lot of care into our design choices, including the use of soft bouclé and faux leather to balance both aesthetics and functionality, so it’s disappointing to hear this wasn’t your experience.
In regards to the points you’ve raised, the bouclé is intentionally constructed this way to allow for flexibility and ease of use, and the dividers are designed to be adjustable depending on how you’d like to organise your items. The creasing you’ve mentioned can sometimes occur during transit due to the nature of the materials, but it should ease over time once the product is in use. We choose to package the caddy flat and disassembled for shipping as the alternative of shipping the caddy assembled would make the shipping costs too expensive for all parties.
