Mid Year Sale 2024 FAQ's

Can I change, cancel or return my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any amendments to an order after it has been placed. 

Items purchased during the sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind - store credit will be issued for these items, providing they meet our full returns criteria. 

Seconds sale items are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange or return.


What will be on sale?

Everything will be on sale with the exception of the Baby Changing Pads which are on pre-order and the new Storage Nappy Caddy.

We strongly recommend preparing your cart and placing your order quickly upon the sale commencing to avoid any disappointment. 

Remember, items placed in your cart aren't reserved until you complete your purchase. Some products will likely sell out.


Can I use my welcome code?

As our products will already by highly discounted, no additional discount codes or bundles will be available during the sale. 


Will there be a discount code?

No discount code is required, discounted prices will be shown once the sale is live.


When will I receive my order?

Due to the high volume of orders expected, our dispatch timeframe will be a little longer and may take up to 5 business days to be dispatched from our warehouse in Perth.

Please note that any items with personalisation (eg. Frankie Backpacks), will take an additional 10 business days to be dispatched, eg. 20 business days. 


Gift With Purchase - Frankie Backpack:

During the sale we are offering a special promotion where you are entitled to add to cart a Frankie Backpack for free, if your cart value equates to $260 AUD before shipping. 

Upon adding items to you cart which exceed $260 AUD, you will see an option in your cart to add a Frankie Backpack in your selected colour.

The Frankie Backpack you receive as a free item, will not include personalisation, unless you add this to your cart with the cost of $15AUD. 

Strictly one gift per person during this period. 

We reserve the right to remove the free gift from multiple orders, or if the order has dropped below the specified spend threshold in AUD.

If you do not select the gift in your cart, but your order meets this criteria, we are unable to retrospectively add this to your order or ship this free gift separately.
