Caring for your Luxe Henlee Bag

How to care for your bag:

  • Do not machine wash or submerge in water.
  • Avoid direct sunlight for a long period of time.
  • We do not recommend over filling your bag.
  • Avoid harsh or abrasive surfaces as this may damage the bag.
  • Spot clean any marks on the exterior or interior promptly with a damp cloth and mild cleaner.
  • Ensure your bag is completely dry, inside and out, before storing to prevent mold or odours.
  • Minor scuffs may be concealed with shoe polish, we recommend speaking with your local shoe repairer to assist with this.

Dispatch & Shipping

Black Friday is a once per year sale event held every November.

Our Black Friday sale period commences Tuesday 12th November at 7PM AEDT (which is 4pm AWST in WA and 6PM AEST in QLD).

Absolutely everything will be on sale!

We strongly recommend placing your order quickly upon the sale commencing to avoid any disappointment. 

Remember, items placed in your cart aren't reserved until you complete your purchase. Some products will likely sell out.

The short answer is yes!

All products, with the exception of the Storage Nappy Caddy, will be either back in stock or available for pre-order.

As our products will already be discounted, no additional discount codes or bundles will be available during the sale. 

No discount code is required, discounted prices will be shown once the sale is live.

Due to the volume of orders expected, a longer dispatch time will be required. In-stock products will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.

Please allow an extra 5 business days in addition to the above for any custom orders with name personalisation (backpacks and Christmas stockings).   

Please note this does not apply for orders containing PRE-ORDER items. If your order contains an In-Stock and Pre-Order products, your order will be dispatched when all products are In-Stock. For specific Estimated Re-Stock dates for Pre-Order items, please refer to the product page.

As we are transitioning some of our products into a larger warehouse in VIC, some products will ship from our Perth warehouse and some will ship from our VIC warehouse.

Orders which include in-stock items and pre-order items will not be dispatched until all the items are in stock. If you have wish to have the in-stock items sent first, please place a separate order. 

We currently in the process of moving some of our products to a new warehouse in VIC, therefore we can no longer offer pick-up from our warehouse in Malaga, Perth, WA.

As all items will be discounted during this storewide sale, refunds for change of mind purchased will not be permitted. Please refer to our full returns policy here
