Such a nice comfortable mat

Such a nice comfortable mat, stylish and easily wipeable! I’ve been using for 4 months and just gifted two others to friends expecting soon. We love the narrow size because it fits well onto our chest of drawers. First picture is ecru colour in narrow, second is sage stripes in regular size (posie colour gifted not opened yet).

The perfect change mat

I had been looking at these change mats for ages, on the wish list! I couldn’t go past this bargain, the print is lovely and looks great in my baby room. Easy to clean and comfortable for bub.

So pleased!

I didn’t want something that would move around on top of the drawers or take up too much space in my photography studio. My clients love it and it adds a gorgeous touch of color too!

110% Best Investment

I am so glad we invested in this change mat - it is 110% worth the splurge. It is so sturdy and high quality, and so much less fuss than a standard mat with a cover. This mat has been well tested since our little one arrived and we can’t fault it. Just a really good product! The narrow size fits our dresser perfectly. Highly recommend.

I purchased the tan change pad and was gifted the tan caddy for my baby shower. They look stunning in my babies nursery and I use them every single day. They are both aesthetically pleasing, but also really practical and I love that the change pad can be wiped down. I am about to purchase the play mat as the quality is so good.

She’s so chic! Don’t regret buying at all. Love the grips on the bottom so it doesn’t side around and the “narrow” version has suited the size of my draws so well! We went with the tan!

Definitely recommend to anyone.

A beautiful and contemporary piece for nursery. Perfectly functional in all the ways that is required, soft and malleable, easy to wipe down and stain resistant. Really happy with the purchase and would encourage anyone to give this change matter to go.

Beautiful and soooo easy to clean

We love our change mat! its so colourful and easy to clean when we have inevitable poop explosions. We get so many compliments on how funky it is. its also such a good size so our bubs wont outgrow it.

Very disappointed with both product and customer service

I wish I could recommend this brand, but my experience has been extremely frustrating from start to finish.

I ordered a Baby Changing Pad (Peach Gingham, Standard) which didn’t fit my changing table. Within the 30-day return window, and as advertised on their website (“1 x FREE return per order if you select the free returns opt”), I processed a return.
Despite this, I was charged $13.96 for the return shipping. When I questioned it, customer service told me I wasn’t eligible because they launched their online returns portal on June 27th—two days after my order (June 25th). The problem is, I processed my return on July 24th, when the “free returns” offer was already being advertised. They refused to honor it.

On top of that, they wouldn’t let me repurchase the same Changing Pad in the “Narrow” size at the price I originally paid ($125, now $148). I asked for a full refund, but they refused and issued me a $125 gift card instead—meaning I am now stuck with a brand I no longer want to buy from.

In the end, I’ve paid:

3x return shipping fees ($16.95 + $13.96 + $16.95)

An extra $23 due to the price increase

That’s $70.86 just to swap for the right size—and now I’m holding store credit I don’t even want to use (they refused to refund me the 125$ but insisted that I have to use this gift card + re pay all extra fees).
Customer service has been unhelpful at every step, unwilling to make any gesture to resolve the situation.

For a brand positioning itself as “premium/ luxury,” both the accuracy of their website information and their customer service have been extremely disappointing.

To clarify our Free Returns option was introduced with the launch of our online returns portal on 27 June, and is optional at checkout for a small fee. As your order was placed before this date, it unfortunately wasn’t eligible for that offer, though we completely understand how the timing and messaging may have felt confusing when you processed your return afterwards.

Regarding the price difference: your original Changing Pad was purchased during a sale, which is why the price was lower at the time. Please also note that our policy shows that only full priced items qualify for a refund. Once a promotion ends, we aren’t able to honour previous sale pricing. We do encourage customers to measure their changing tables and furniture carefully before ordering to ensure the right fit, as this helps avoid needing to return larger items.

On shipping, because of the size of this product, freight is particularly costly (the actual cost of shipping each changing pad is around $35). As a small business, we heavily subsidise these fees to help our customers.

That said, we can see how this whole process has been frustrating for you, and that’s never the experience we want our customers to walk away with. Your feedback has been really valuable and is helping us review how we communicate our policies more clearly.

Love the quality and colors!

Baby isn't here yet, but we're really happy with this changing pad. The quality feels great and the colors are perfect for our nursery. Can't wait to actually use it!

Absolute stitch up

I bought the standard size first as the measurements were the same as my change table. What I didn’t account for was the thickness of the timber when I measured. I figured we would use that for the car so didn’t bother returning it and ordered the narrow one thinking it was the same just narrower, turns out it’s also longer so now I have two and neither fit. I can’t return the first any more as it’s past the 30 days but I’ve returned the second. Quality is good but no use to me if I’m completely honest. I’ll be heading to Kmart for a standard size mattress, feel like I should’ve just done the in the first place then spending over $300 in mats and shipping.

We do our best to clearly list all product dimensions on our website, and always recommend checking both external and internal measurements of your change table, including frame thickness, to ensure the right fit.

Our standard and narrow sizes were created to offer flexibility for a wider range of furniture, and while the narrow version is slimmer, it is also slightly longer, this is also noted on the product page. We understand how frustrating it can be when things don't fit as planned, and appreciate you returning the second one.
