Mid Year Sale FAQs

Everything that is in stock is on sale! The only exclusions are gift cards, personalisation and swatches.

No code needed - prices are as marked on the website.

Unfortunately no changes can be made to your order once it has been placed.

During Sales & Promotional Periods please allow up to 8 business days for order dispatch (this excludes any timeframe for product personalisation).

Please allow an extra 5 business days in addition to the above for any custom orders with name personalisation (backpacks and Christmas stockings).   

Please note this does not apply for orders containing PRE-ORDER items. Please refer to the below drop-down 'My order contains a pre-order item, when will my order be shipped?' for details.

We ship orders via Australia Post standard shipping and a range of couriers. There is an option to upgrade to Express shipping at checkout. International orders are shipped via Australia Post International Express. 

Orders which include in-stock items and pre-order items will not be dispatched until all the items are in stock. If you have wish to have the in-stock items sent first, please place a separate order. Once the order is placed we can not amend your order to accommodate separate shipping.

Please choose carefully during promotional periods as any items purchased with any discount applied will be eligible for a store credit only.

Products marked as "Final Sale" will not be eligible for a return.

The $30 off Welcome code is only valid for new customers, on full priced items and orders over $200, therefore will not be eligible during a storewide sale.

From time to time we will run a promotion where by if you purchase or spend X you receive Y as a free gift with purchase.

Gift will be automatically added to your cart if you have the minimum total specified value in your cart, excluding shipping, after any applicable discount codes.

If you remove the gift from your cart and progress with your order, we will presume that you do not want the gift and your order will be dispatched without the gift. The gift cannot then be retrospectively added to your order or shipped separately.

Amounts are in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Strictly one gift type per person per promotional period, we reserve the right to remove the gift from multiple orders.

Only while stocks last, colours or items are not able to be exchanged, any returns made must include free gift otherwise gift RRP will be deducted from exchange or refund value.

We reserve the right to remove the FREE gift from multiple orders, or if the order has processed with the FREE Gift and does not meet the minimum spend before shipping. In this instance your order will have the gift removed and all other items will be dispatched
